This workshop is designed for the tech/engineer business owner who has never been trained how to sell or engage with the client.  In this training, you will learn how to talk to prospects and clients about what they really need vs what they think they need from you, their technology service provider.

This workshop is designed for the help desk or support tech to teach them how to recognize the customer’s buying signals and then up-sell to them.

Looking for buying signs when you are on a service call.
There are buying signs everywhere but as computer or network techs, we are never taught to look for them. In this workshop you will learn what to look for and how to address the business owner or decision makers.

Earning more referrals from your current client base.
This workshop is designed to teach the sales person or techie business owner how to properly ask for and get referrals from the companies they are already servicing.

Becoming a Customer Service Guru.
In this workshop you will learn how to apply simple techniques to exceed customer expectations and win at being a customer service provider.

 PRICING

$275 per workshop ($1250 for all 5) for up to 5 attendees. An additional $50 per attendee per class will be charged starting with the 6th attendee for each workshop.
